On October 1st and October 2nd we had the first user conference 2020 with our customers from Austria, Bavaria and Baden Württemberg.
This year we went to the Gerlitzen to the hotel “Mountain Resort Feuerberg”. At 1,769 meters above sea level, there was something for every customer: After the user conference in the evening, everyone went to the hotel's spa and wellness area, then strolled and prepared for the next AWT day.
We held a successful event for our customers for 2 days and, among other things, trained and presented the following points:
- GIS (shortcuts, important news, ...)
- Maintenance management with hydrant checks and damage reports
- Meter replacement and meter reading
- Fiber management
- Discussions among customers
The next user conference for customers from Bavaria is on October 22nd and 23rd, 2020 in Seeon-Seebruck (Bavaria) im Seeon Monastery Cultural and educational center.
