The user conference near Ulm gave 17 water suppliers the opportunity to find out about the great new functions of the LD2 system. The modules for process optimization and data analysis, which help users to make their work more efficient, were particularly interesting. The improved user interface and the expanded options for mobile use also attracted a lot of interest. The participants also gained a clear insight into the future developments of the system, which sounded promising. Not surprisingly, the topic of plotting overview plans was a big topic. Together, ways were found to take a big step closer to the goal. These have already been implemented and delivered in the "Karthago 1.0" update. At the end of the first day, many interested participants came together for a lively discussion over dinner and were able to exchange information.
